Henry Serpas started their work experience in 2012 as a Lead Staff Reporter at Southeastern Louisiana University's U Reporter. Henry was later promoted to Editor-in-Chief, overseeing digital and print production and managing a team of 10 reporters. In 2015, they worked as a Junior Editor at Offbeat Magazine, where they wrote, edited, and produced content and managed social media platforms. Henry then joined The Steak Knife as a Head Server, setting performance standards and collaborating with management to improve sales processes. In 2018, Serpas joined UPS as an Operations Manager, where they led a team of 30+ employees and successfully managed a large increase in ecommerce/volume during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, they are working as a Customer Operations Representative at MoLo Solutions.
Henry Serpas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Multi-Platform Journalism from Southeastern Louisiana University.
