Cat Pastuhov is an experienced professional in communications and strategic programs, currently serving at Moloco since April 2023 as a partner to the Chief People Officer and the People Leadership Team. Responsibilities include crafting data-driven narratives for Quarterly Business Reviews and ensuring effective communication of the People Team’s strategy across the organization. Previously, Cat held roles such as Sr. Talent Brand Manager at Handshake, where a talent brand strategy was developed, and Talent Engagement Program Manager at LinkedIn, contributing to engineering talent branding initiatives. Additional experience spans multiple project management and event coordination positions in various companies, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
