Eric Wesner, PMP, currently serves as Project Manager for R&D/Innovations at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where leadership is provided for the Topo Chico® innovation program and management of production-related projects. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior R&D Manager at Puratos, overseeing a team focused on North American business projects, and Technical Applications Manager at Nestlé, where successful product developments like CRUNCH Girl Scouts wafer bars were achieved. Wesner has extensive expertise in food technology, product development, and technical support, with a strong background in chocolate and confectionery products, reinforced by a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
