Goran Matic

Goran Matic has extensive experience in the beverage industry, currently serving as the Supply Chain Excellence & Strategy Director for Western Europe at Molson Coors Beverage Company since December 2012. Matic's responsibilities encompass R&D and Innovations, Sustainability, Operational Excellence, Network Strategy, and Quality and EHS, with a strong technical expertise in Brewing and Packaging. Previous roles at Molson Coors Europe include VP Technical and Chief European Brewer, where Matic led continuous improvement efforts across 15 sites, achieving significant savings and capital investments. Goran has also held prominent positions such as Senior Director Operational Excellence and Brewery Manager, demonstrating a commitment to organizational development, lean culture, and innovative practices. Earlier in the career, Matic worked with Anheuser-Busch InBev, contributing as a Brewing Subject Matter Expert and Brewing Process Engineer. Goran holds a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from the University of Belgrade and further education from Heriot-Watt University.
