Joe Sidley

Joe Sidley is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Western Europe, EMEA, and APAC at Molson Coors Beverage Company since October 2018. With a strong background in recruitment and resourcing, Joe has held various roles within Molson Coors, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. Prior to this, Joe was the Head of Resourcing for Informed Solutions, specializing in digital transformation and data analytics. Joe's earlier career includes significant roles at ISS Facility Services UK as Resourcing and Development Manager, as well as positions as Divisional Manager at ATR, Director at esa Consultants Ltd, and Account Manager at gap personnel. Joe holds a CIPD Diploma in HRM and has completed education at The University of Manchester and the University of Staffordshire.
