Rajeev Dhiman

Rajeev Dhiman has significant work experience in engineering and utilities management. Rajeev currently serves as the Chief Engineer at Molson Coors Beverage Company since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Engineer at Birla Carbon from June 2020 to November 2021, where they were responsible for managing the Power Services department and achieving significant savings in hydro and heat costs. Before that, Rajeev Dhiman worked as the Chief Operating Engineer at YaYA Foods Corp. from July 2019 to June 2020, overseeing the operation and maintenance of power house equipment and implementing cost-saving measures. Rajeev also served as the Chief Engineer at Campbell Soup Company, where they were accountable for capital budget implementation and the operation of various power and utility systems. Throughout their career, Rajeev Dhiman has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and cost-saving abilities in the engineering and utilities field.

Rajeev Dhiman earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Punjab Technical University from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include Certified Energy Manager (CEM) from the Association of Energy Engineers, which they achieved in December 2018. Rajeev also holds certifications in Operating Stationary Engineer CLASS 1 and Fuels Technician from the Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA), obtained in October 2016 and July 2007, respectively. Moreover, they have completed the INDUSTRIAL MILLWRIGHT program at the Ontario College of Trades in July 2007.
