Sandip Saha

Sandip Saha is currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Molson Coors Beverage Company since June 2024, where responsibilities include partnering with various business functions to align the Commercial technology stack with enterprise-wide standards. Prior to this, Sandip held key positions such as Head of Enterprise CRM at Old National Bank, driving the vision and implementation of the Salesforce CRM platform, and Vice President, Director of CRM at First Midwest Bank, where a successful upgrade from Sales Cloud to Financial Services Cloud was delivered. Experience at The Hackett Group as Director of Strategy and Business Transformation involved delivering cost optimization engagements, while earlier roles included Engagement Manager at ZS Associates and Management Consultant at Accenture, focusing on transformation projects for Fortune 100 clients. Sandip holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan and a BS in Computer Engineering with a Minor in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
