Sophia Lal has extensive experience in marketing, particularly in the beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Marketing for Molson & Economy Brands at Molson Coors Beverage Company since June 2016, following various roles including Senior Brand Manager for multiple trademarks and Marketing Manager. Prior to this, Sophia held positions at TELUS as Product Manager for TELUS Rewards and Product Specialist in Mobile Commerce. Experience also includes being Brand Manager and Lead Planner at Melissa Andre Events and a Product Management Intern at MasterCard. Education includes a Commerce degree from Queen's University, as well as studies in Design Thinking from BrainStation, iOS app development from OCAD University, and an academic exchange at Lund University.
