Daniel Reynolds

Daniel Reynolds is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in Apple products and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Mac Technician at The Museum of Modern Art since October 2021, Daniel previously spent over 14 years at Apple, where roles included Tier 2 At Home Advisor, Genius, and Genius Trainer, demonstrating expertise in macOS and iOS support as well as team training. Daniel's background also includes a role as a Social Media Analyst & Archivist at New York Public Radio, where digital curation efforts were emphasized, and as a Development & Original Programming Associate at Comedy Central. Daniel holds a Master of Library & Information Science with a focus on Archives/Archival Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, both earned from Queens College.
