People Experience Coordinator at MOMA Therapeutics

Rian Falcon has worked in several roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Teaching Assistant at Sisters Academy of Baltimore, where they facilitated an environment conducive to improving reading abilities of girls from at-risk neighborhoods and assisted with the New Frontiers Program. In 2013, they became a Recreational Gymnastics Class Instructor and Birthday Party Host at Columbia Gymnastics, where they taught recreational classes for girls ranging from preschool to young adult and directed a preschool camp. In 2018, they became an English Second Language Teacher at Lanhu Cultural Exchange Center. From 2015-2021, they held various roles at St. Lawrence University, including Orientation Leader, Treasurer of North Country Ambassadors, Student Activities Assistant, and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Since 2021, they have been the Post Secondary Access Coordinator at SquashBusters, and since 2022 they have been the People Experience Coordinator at MOMA Therapeutics.

Rian Falcon attended St. Lawrence University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International/Global Studies. In April 2021, they obtained a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross Training Services.
