Semi Trotto

Semi Trotto has an extensive work experience, beginning with a Manager, Human Resources role at Citigroup in 1998. From there, they moved to Broadview International, LLC as Vice President Human Resources, USA in 2000. In 2002, they took on an Enterprise Human Resources Leader role at Charles Schwab & Co. Semi then joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 2004, first as Associate Director, Marketing Talent - Global Marketing, then Associate Director, Human Resources - Global Commercialization, and eventually Head, Global Talent Acquisition in 2013. In 2015, they became VP Human Resources, Oncology at Baxalta, and Head of Human Resources at Editas Medicine in 2016. In 2019, they joined Thrive Earlier Detection Corp. as General Manager, Thrive and Chief People Officer. Most recently, they are the Chief People & Experience Officer at MOMA Therapeutics, beginning in 2021.

Semi Trotto holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Management & Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
