Job Description Responsibilities

As a Momence Sales Manager, you will:

  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
  • Goal Setting and Goal attainment
  • Implement sales strategy and sales organization
  • Determine product pricing
  • Set sales targets and meet sales targets
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 24 months in Sales Management, Customer Success Account Manager, VP of sales, or related

Compensation:
Annual salary is $ 227,157 USD
