Mikael Charpin

Mikael Charpin serves as the General Manager for the Cities Unit at Moment Factory since August 2017, leading projects that transform large-scale infrastructures and public spaces into immersive multimedia experiences while overseeing the unit's strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability. Previously, Mikael held roles as a Producer and Line Producer, and as a Senior Lighting Designer at L'Observatoire International from June 2015 to June 2018, where Mikael designed lighting for notable skyscrapers and buildings across major cities. Mikael also served as a Lighting Design Consultant at The City College of New York and founded a design firm focused on luminaire and lighting design from 2009 to 2017. In addition, Mikael directed technological and multimedia infrastructure projects for Partenariat du Quartier des spectacles from 2009 to 2015, and worked as a Project Manager for the Ministère de l'Environnement from 2006 to 2009. Educational credentials include multiple advanced degrees in architecture and engineering, complemented by certifications in lighting design and business administration.
