Carl Leighty

Carl Leighty is an accomplished trade compliance professional with extensive experience in global leadership roles. Currently serving as Global Director of Trade Compliance at Momentive Technologies since November 2025, Carl previously held the position of Manager, Global Trade and Customs at The Timken Company from July 2020 to October 2025. At ZOOK Enterprises, LLC, served as Manager of Trade Compliance and Director of US Inside Sales until March 2020, when the position was eliminated due to a business downturn and pandemic. From April 2015 to September 2018, Carl was Senior Manager of Corporate Trade Compliance at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, where responsibilities included leading a team and managing a substantial budget for global compliance initiatives. Earlier roles at Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Corporation involved Division Trade Compliance management and sales leadership, spanning from October 1994 to April 2015. Carl began a career in engineering as an Application Engineer at Clark-Reliance Corporation, following an education that includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
