Jeferson Naue

Jeferson Naue is a seasoned technology leader in the agricultural sector, currently serving as the Technology Team Leader at Momentive since January 2007. Jeferson has pioneered global innovations in agricultural spray adjuvants, overseeing multidisciplinary teams in product development, particularly focusing on drone spray applications and biologicals. With a comprehensive background ranging from Staff Scientist to Group Leader, Jeferson has extensive experience in organosilicone formulations and cross-functional collaboration. Previous roles include Development Coordinator at Novelprint and Application Chemist at Charis Technologies, as well as academic experience as a Substitute Professor. Jeferson holds a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from USP and multiple degrees in Chemistry from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria.
