Joseph Waters

Joseph Waters is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as Senior IP Counsel at Momentive Performance Materials since October 2007, Joseph has built a robust expertise in this field. Prior to this role, Joseph practiced law as an attorney at Fay Sharpe from 2000 to 2007.
