Judy Douglas

Judy Douglas has extensive experience in business development and technical management within the elastomers and tire industries. Currently serving as Business Development Director at Momentive since May 2018, Judy oversees global key accounts and drives new business through innovative product development. Prior to this role, Judy held positions at ARLANXEO as Head of NA Technical Service & Development, and at LANXESS in various capacities, including Technical Marketing Manager and Supply Demand Manager. Judy's career began at Bayer, where initial roles included Senior Research Scientist and Technical Service Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry from Carleton University and a B.Sc. with Highest Honours in Chemistry from Carleton University.
