Ricardo Pravda

Ricardo Pravda serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Momentive since September 2025, following the role of Head of Human Resources for the Americas at Hikma Pharmaceuticals in 2025. Prior to these positions, Ricardo spent two decades at Catalent Pharma Solutions, ascending to Chief Transformation Officer, and later Senior Vice-President and CHRO, where oversight included global HR strategies for over 18,000 employees. Previous experiences include leadership roles at The Gillette Company, BellSouth International, Philip Morris Argentina, Mondelēz International, and Abbott Labs, where significant contributions were made in HR transformation, compensation design, and strategic planning across various Latin American markets. Ricardo holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Universidad del Salvador and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UADE.
