Andrew Smith is an accomplished journalist and public relations strategist with extensive experience in various roles within the media and communications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Editor and Strategist at Momentum Communications Group since July 2022, Smith previously held multiple positions in public health-related roles during the COVID-19 pandemic, including Case Investigation Supervisor and Contact Tracing Supervisor. Prior to this, Smith operated as a freelance Public Relations Writer, advising clients on communications strategies. A significant tenure at Newsday Media Group spanned from 1993 to 2019, during which Smith was a Reporter and later a Deputy Editor, overseeing award-winning reporting.
