Rose Warren

Rose Warren is an accomplished professional with a focus on enhancing the well-being of neurodivergent children. As the founder of Mind Over Mountains Foundation, Rose leads a nonprofit organization dedicated to outdoor activities and climbing for these children. Currently serving as the Head Coach and Youth Instructor at Momentum Indoor Climbing, Rose also works as a Child Development Specialist, offering personalized care to autistic and neurodivergent youth. Previous roles include PSIA Level I Ski Instructor at Snowbird, Coach at Boston Bouldering Project, and Social Media Director for Ladies Climbing Coalition, as well as various positions in political organizing and legal assistance. Rose holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Boston College, furthering an educational journey that began at Hall-Dale High School, where Rose graduated as Valedictorian.
