April Benetollo has served as the CEO of Momentum Leaders since September 2016, leading a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership across Alabama. Under April's guidance, Momentum has become the state's premier women's leadership program, hosting community events that empower and inspire women to achieve their leadership potential. Prior to this role, April was the Director of Marketing and Development, focusing on expanding programs for women's leadership and raising community awareness. In addition to leadership at Momentum, April is an official member of the Birmingham Business Journal Leadership Trust, connecting with influential business leaders nationwide. Earlier in their career, April held senior positions at Daxko, serving as Senior Vice President of Market Strategy and Vice President of Marketing. April holds a BA in International Studies, Political Science, and French from The University of Alabama and completed further education at Momentum Leaders.
