Sharon Lovoy is the Owner and President of Lovoy's Team Works, Inc., with over three decades of experience as a Human Resources Consultant and Executive Coach, serving over 400 client organizations across the U.S. Sharon is a Facilitator at Renew America Together, focusing on skills for respectful communication among politically and socially opposing participants. Additionally, Sharon serves as an Executive Coach and Facilitator with Momentum Leaders and TypeCoach, LLC, helping clients enhance communication and positive influence. As a Master Trainer at Crucial Learning, Sharon specializes in crucial conversations and leadership change. Sharon also contributes to the University of Alabama College of Continuing Studies as a faculty member, and has held advisory roles, including with the UAB School of Health Professions. Previous experience includes a leadership position in human resources at Secor Bank and community support roles with organizations focused on job seekers. Sharon holds a Certificate in Authentic Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School and a degree in Secondary Education, Sociology, and Economics from Auburn University.
