Shamini Chetty

Shamini Chetty is an OD Consultant at Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited since March 2024, previously serving as a Consultant and Intern Industrial Psychologist at JVR Africa Group from January 2023 to March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Psychometrist and Assessment Bureau Co-Ordinator at sult from November 2020 to October 2021, and a Student Psychometrist at EOH during a six-month practicum in psychometry in conjunction with the University of Johannesburg in early 2020. From June 2007 to January 2020, Shamini was the Director at Fortel Investments CC, coordinating engineering projects and liaising with various stakeholders. Earlier experience includes a position in Customer Relations at Nedbank from March 2005 to April 2008. Shamini holds a Psychometry Practicum from the University of Johannesburg and a BCOM HONS in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa, among other educational qualifications in HR management and business management.
