Karen Schreyer

Karen Schreyer, PhD, is an experienced organizational development consultant currently serving at TriHealth since April 2018. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of System Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development at Catholic Health Initiatives, KentuckyOne Health, from March 2010. In academia, Karen was an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Cincinnati from August 2008 to May 2010. Earlier in career, Karen worked as an HR Business Partner at Johnson & Johnson, Ethicon Endo-Surgery, from November 1994 to January 2010. Karen holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, a Master of Education (HRD) from Xavier University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Cincinnati.
