Pascal Trabut has extensive experience in the hospitality and service industry, currently serving as a Purser at Momentum Services Ltd since October 2002, following a role as an On Board crew member. Responsibilities include adhering to onboard service procedures and company policies. Prior to this, Pascal worked as a Product & Development Marketing Coordinator, focusing on food and beverage product development and client liaison. Previous roles include Private Butler for a family, Assistant Manager at a nightclub, and Chef de Partie in various high-pressure kitchens, including ITT Sheraton in Paris and a French brasserie in London. Pascal's education includes culinary training at L.E.P L'Etincelle culinary school and the International French school in Kuwait.
