Natalia Vaz Hunguana

Natalia Vaz Hunguana is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in membership management, claims processing, and credit control. Currently, Natalia serves as Operations Manager at Momentum, where responsibilities include overseeing membership, claims processing, provider relations, and health risk management. Previously, Natalia held roles at Momentum that involved managing membership, billing, and credit control functions, in addition to coordinating the credit control department and performing debt recovery as a recovery agent. Prior experience includes working as a sales and customer relations assistant at FNB Moçambique. Natalia holds a degree in Management and Finance from Instituto Superior de Transportes e Comunicações, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
