Lianna Lee is an accomplished food scientist and product development manager with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Senior Product Development Manager at Momofuku since August 2025, Lianna previously held the position of Senior Food Scientist and Director at JPG Resources, where responsibilities included leading product development and managing cross-functional project teams.
