Elijah Gateless

Elijah Gateless has a diverse work experience that spans across different roles and companies. In 2008, they founded Mumon Tea and served as the Founder until 2019. In 2012, they joined MOM's Organic Market as an Assistant Produce Manager and later became the Produce Manager. Elijah then worked as an Assistant General Manager before being promoted to General Manager in 2016. From 2019 to 2020, Elijah served as the Senior GM of Operational Development, followed by the role of Director of Leadership Development from 2020 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Learning and Development at MOM's Organic Market.
