Noela G.

Noela G. has extensive experience in business development and management. Noela began their career in 2003 as a Business Development Manager for Eli Lilly. In 2004, they moved to Almirall in the same role. In 2005, they were the COO and Co-Founder of PRODCAN, where they grew the start-up food company to a €3 million revenue company in two years. Noela then moved to Biosearch Life (formerly Puleva Biotech) in 2008 as a Business Manager. In 2013, they became a Business Consultant for N&J Consultancy. In 2010, Noela G. began working for Natac, where they held the positions of Executive Director, Business Development Manager, and Supply Chain Manager. Finally, in 2022, they became the Marketing Director for INNOVAOLEO SL.

Noela G. attended Harvard Business School from 2012 to 2013, where they completed the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) in Leadership Development. In 2019, they completed the Directors Professionalism Course, Corporate Governance Grade, and Foundation course for NACD fellowship at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). Noela has also completed the "Changing the Game" and "Finance for Senior Executives" courses at Harvard Business School, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from San Francisco State University in Marketing and International Business.
