Kathy Cline

Kathy Cline has over 30 years of work experience. From 2017 to present, they have served as Director of Operations at Momseze, where they improved quality of high-risk perinatal case management services while reducing fragmentation. Kathy also developed and implemented a IT system integrating case management services with service delivery in clinic, ED, Urgent Care and Triage while improving care delivery. Kathy exceeded annual net revenue projections by $185,000. From 2010 to 2017, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at California State University, Dominguez Hills. From 1991 to 2010, they were the Director of Community Services at St. Jude Medical Center, where they developed strategic plans Senior Services, Outpatient OB Services and Community Services. Kathy also implemented and administered diverse community service programs including Lactation Services, OB Education, Wellness Center, Mildly Ill Daycare, Community Education, Falls Risk, Volunteer and Senior Home Visitation Programs, Impact Depression Program for Seniors, High Risk Home Visitation and Case Management Program for high-risk/underserved families and older adults. Kathy secured and administered grants with annual revenue of $2. From 1981 to 1991, they were the Obstetrics Education Manager at Hoag Hospital, where they managed Childbirth Education programs and postpartum follow-up services. Kathy was also instrumental in the development of Hoag Baby Line, the first nurse-advice line for new parents. Kathy was responsible for curriculum development and design for prepared childbirth program, and served on quality improvement teams from 1984 to 1990 to improve quality care.

Kathy Cline obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco. Kathy then went on to earn a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills in 2010. In 1987, they obtained a Certified Lactation Consultant from UCLA. In 1969, they obtained a Public Health Nursing certification from the State of California Board of Registered Nursing. Kathy obtained a Registered Nurse certification from the California Board of Registered Nursing in 2012, and also obtained a Registered Nurse certification from the New Mexico Board of Registered Nursing in 2012.
