Lotoya Henry-Ojugbana

Lotoya Henry-Ojugbana has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lotoya then continued their educational journey at Alvernia University from 2018 to 2022, obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Leadership. Lotoya's most recent academic endeavor was at the University of Charleston School of Business & Leadership, where they pursued a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from 2023 to 2026.
