Christian Wu

Christian Wu has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christian has experience as a Community Program Manager at Mona, where they develop and executes community programs to promote collaboration and innovation. Prior to that, Christian worked as a Research Program Manager at Teachers College, Columbia University, where they implemented workflow systems and secured increased funding for research projects. Christian also held roles as a Doctoral Candidate and Graduate Research Assistant, where they focused on qualitative research in education. Christian has additional experience as a Cohort Program Manager at Protocol Labs, an Education Program Manager at Alliance for Decision Education, and a STEM Dean & Program Director at Legacy College Preparatory Charter School. Christian has also worked as an Instructional Education Tech Consultant at Educate, an Mathematics Teacher/ Mentor at Castle Park Highschool, a Mathematics Teacher at Bayfront Charter High School, and a Math Teacher at Preuss School. Throughout their work experience, Christian has demonstrated skills in program management, research, curriculum development, and team collaboration.

Christian Wu began their education history by completing a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at UC San Diego from 2009 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Secondary Education and Teaching at UC San Diego from 2013 to 2014.

In 2019, Christian began their studies at Teachers College, Columbia University, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mathematics Teacher Education from 2019 to 2021. They continued their education at Teachers College, Columbia University, where they are currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Curriculum and Instruction, which is expected to be completed by 2023.

Aside from their formal education, Christian Wu has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the "Learn SQL Course" at Codecademy. In 2022, they obtained certifications in "Learn Python 3 Course," "Getting Started Off-Platform for Data Science Course," and "Learn GitHub: Introduction Course," all from Codecademy. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "The Non-Technical Skills of Effective Data Scientists" from LinkedIn in 2022.
