Rani Dabrai

Rani Dabrai is a prominent business leader and entrepreneur in Ireland, currently serving as the only Certified EOS Implementer® with EOS Worldwide since August 2020, where expertise lies in helping businesses adopt the Entrepreneurial Operating System for improved accountability and traction. In addition, Rani manages speaker bookings and special projects as Business Manager at Iconic Media Group, partners as a Senior Advisor with MONACO FOUNDRY to support early to mid-stage companies, and judges at the Entrepreneurship World Cup for the Misk Foundation. Rani's extensive experience includes serving on the board for Entrepreneurs' Organization, being part of UNICEF Ireland's Strategic Advisory Council, founding the Pedestal Speaker Bureau, directing global trade at World Trade Center Dublin, co-founding Economics Without Boundaries, and previously leading MissMoneypenny as Founder and CEO. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies & Public Relations from Sheffield Hallam University and A-Levels from Blackburn College.
