Candace Lee

Candace Lee is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Recruiting Lead at Monad Labs since August 2023. Previously, Candace held multiple leadership roles at Ambassador Labs, including Head of People and Head of Talent, where strategic recruitment efforts contributed to significant company growth from 10 to 80 employees and successful funding rounds. Candace has also served as Head of People and Culture at Blockchain, overseeing global operations and talent acquisition, and as Talent Acquisition Manager at Quirky.com and Rapid7, where substantial recruitment accomplishments were achieved. Candace began a career in recruitment at Stride & Associates after earning a BS in Biochemistry from UCLA.
