Kenneth Fox has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kenneth started their career in 1995 as a Loss Control & Third Party Claims Manager at Dunlap Insurance Group. Kenneth then worked as a Senior Loss Control Consultant at Hanover Insurance, providing risk management and loss control support to large industrial operations. In 1999, they became the Corporate Safety & Security Manager for US Operations at JD Irving Ltd. From 2004 to 2007, they served as the Safety Manager at Myllykoski. In 2007, they joined Sappi as the Corporate Manager for Safety & Health. Kenneth also served in the US Air Force from 1998 to 2011 as an MXOT. Kenneth has had multiple roles in the US Air Force Maine Air National Guard, including First Sergeant for 101st AMXS/MOF/MXG and Human Resource Advisor for 101 ARW. In 2016, they became the 101st Air Refueling Wing First Sergeant and Senior Master Sergeant. Kenneth was also the CMSgt and Human Resource Advisor for 101 ARW, actively participating in the creation of the Wing Strategic Plan. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Monadnock Paper Mills, starting in 2022.

Kenneth Fox has a diverse education history. In 1981 to 1983, they attended the US Navy, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. From 1987 to 1993, they studied at the University of Maine, earning a BA in Business. In 2007, they enrolled in the Community College of the Air Force and achieved an AS degree in Education and Training, specializing in Education & Training Systems. In 2011 to 2012, Kenneth attended SNCOA, the Senior Non Commissioned Officer Academy, focusing on Leadership. Finally, in 2013, they completed the First Sergeant Academy at the United States Air Force Academy, specializing in Military and Strategic Leadership.
