Steven Jones

Steven Jones has over three decades of experience in the paper and product development industry, currently serving as the Manager of Quality at Monadnock Paper Mills since April 1999. In this role, Steven oversees quality systems and the ISO 9001 program. Previous positions include Technical Services Manager, where Steven led the quality function and managed product development projects, and Manager of New Technical Development, focusing on product development initiatives. Steven's career also includes significant contributions at Weyerhaeuser as the Process Development Team Leader, developing innovative composite products, and roles at Custom Papers Group encompassing quality management and process development. Steven holds an MBA in General Business from Western New England University, a Master's in Paper Science from the Institute of Paper Science, and a Bachelor's in Forest Products Engineering from the University of Idaho.
