Jamie Mendola

Jamie Mendola is the Director at Monaker Group, a travel software company focused on providing alternative lodging accommodations to online and offline travel partners. The company closed a transformational merger with Hotplay Enterprises in July 2021. Prior to their current role, Jamie served as the Head of Strategy and M&A for Mercer Park Brand Acquisition Corp, helping raise a $402mm Canadian listed SPAC focused on building a leading platform of US cannabis brands. Jamie also led the investment and diligence efforts which culminated in the acquisition of Glasshouse Group combined with a 5.5 million square foot greenhouse in Southern California and 17 dispensary licenses from Element 7. Jamie joined the Glasshouse board after the de-SPAC in June 2021.

Previously, Jamie was the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Pacific Grove Capital from March 2014 to December 2018. During their time at Pacific Grove Capital, they were responsible for managing a portfolio of investments across various industries including healthcare, technology, and consumer goods.

Jamie Mendola has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Binghamton University School of Management and an MBA in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Jamie also attended Williamsville North High School.
