Cheryl Lantz

Cheryl Lantz is an experienced professional in property management and wellness collaboration, currently serving as the People, Culture & Collaboration leader at Monarch Collective since March 2023, while also being a co-founder of CDA Wellness Retreats. Cheryl founded Vacation Rental Authority in November 2012, which specializes in vacation rentals and property management in Coeur d'Alene, and established Action Property Management within the same timeframe to oversee residential leasing. Cheryl has a background in real estate as a Realtor and former Team Leader for Professional Realty Services Idaho from February 2015 to March 2023. Additionally, Cheryl owned Coeur d'Alene Housekeeping from April 2015 to March 2021 and worked as a Marketing Consultant from April 2007 to January 2013. Cheryl holds a Bachelor's degree from Boise State University.
