Mike Marchant

Mike Marchant has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Mike started their career at Golden Living in 2001 as a Director of Operations, where they remained until 2011. After that, they joined The Goodman Group, LLC as a Director of Operations for two years. In 2013, they became a Vice President of Operations at Villa Healthcare, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at Monarch Healthcare Management.

Mike Marchant earned a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire between 1989 and 1994. Mike also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cardinal Stritch University. Additionally, Mike Marchant is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, which they obtained in June 2022 from the institution in Minnesota.
