Mustafa M. Ali

Mustafa M. Ali is an experienced quality and regulatory compliance manager currently employed at The Monarch Group since March 2020, specializing in HACCP/GMP/GFSI food safety and quality programs. Prior to this role, Mustafa served as the Quality Assurance Manager at Veg-Pak Produce Ltd from March 2013 to March 2020, where responsibilities included ensuring consistent product quality through the development and enforcement of food safety systems. Previous experience also includes serving as the Food Processing and Quality Control Manager at Al-Ula for Catering Services, a part-time professor at the High Institute for Agriculture Technique in Libya, and as a microbiologist and quality control supervisor at Dijla International Foodstuff Trading L.L.C. Mustafa holds a Master's Degree in Food Microbiology Science from Tripoli University and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Baghdad University.
