P.eng Tim Valters

Tim Valters, P.Eng has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing industry. Tim is currently the President of The Monarch Group, a leading manufacturer of blow molded products. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Surteco Americas Plastics Division, where they successfully turned around the business and established a strategic growth plan. Tim also held the role of President at Weston Premium Woods, where they implemented strategic initiatives and completed a strategic planning process to drive growth. In addition, they served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Paradigm/Martin Logan Electronics, overseeing sales and profitability growth. Before that, Tim worked as President at Selkirk LLC, managing multiple business units and optimizing operations. Tim also held roles at GSW Heating Products Company, where they managed operations, sales, marketing, and finance. Tim began their career as a Product Development Engineer at ABB. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.

Tim Valters, P.Eng received their High School Diploma from Delta in the years 1980 to 1985. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Management at McMaster University from 1985 to 1990, specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
