Aaron Bailey

Aaron Bailey is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the VP of Engineering and Chief Engineer at Monarch Tractor since July 2023. Previously, Aaron held significant roles at Rivian as Principal Engineer for Vehicle Attributes & Development, and at NIO as Director of Prototype Engineering, where responsibilities included overseeing the assembly of prototypes and leading advanced technology development teams. Earlier positions included roles at Simraceway Performance Driving Center as a driving instructor, Lucid Motors as Prototype Engineering Supervisor and Senior Vehicle Dynamics Engineer, and Tesla as Senior Vehicle Dynamics Engineer and Chassis Design Engineer. Aaron began a career in the automotive field with a motorsports co-op at Honeywell Turbo Technologies. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on General and Automotive from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
