Caroline Fisher

SVP, Long-Term Services & Supports at Monarch

Caroline Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in long-term services and supports, currently serving as Senior Vice President for Monarch since February 2005. In this role, Caroline manages project management, compliance monitoring, and service delivery systems. Previous roles at Monarch include Director of Special Projects and Director of Quality Management, where responsibilities included managing agency goals, quality assurance, national accreditation, and performance improvement. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Quality Management at Piedmont Behavioral Healthcare, where Caroline established the QM unit for services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and expanded services for mental health and substance use diagnoses. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Change from Pfeiffer University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Western Carolina University.
