Sheila Harrington

Sheila Harrington, BA, serves as the Director of Operations at Monarch since March 2023, where responsibilities include supervising a team that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in achieving their career goals. Previously, Sheila held the position of Practice Manager at a healthcare organization from December 2021 to April 2023 and was the Office Manager at Roper Construction Company, LLC from March 2015 to March 2022. Sheila earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Addictions from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Addictions from Purdue University in 2018.
