Scott Budzien

Scott Budzien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and education. As the Manager of Applied Analytics at Monarch since October 2019, Scott collaborates closely with various business units to deliver strategic insights that support clinical, operational, financial, and executive initiatives. Prior to this role, Scott served as a Mathematics Teacher at Cedarburg High School, where curriculum development was enhanced through data-driven interventions for Advanced Placement students, and as a Developmental Skills Specialist at UW-Milwaukee at Waukesha, employing statistical analysis to improve educational interventions for at-risk students. Additionally, Scott has a strong educational background with a Master of Science in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, expected in May 2024, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
