Julie Binon

Julie Binon has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Julie is currently the Head of Human Resources at Monard Law, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Oxurion NV, where they held the role of Chief People Officer from September 2020 to March 2023, and the role of Head of HR from June 2019 to September 2020. Before joining Oxurion NV, Julie was the Central Talent Office Team Lead at Deloitte Consulting from December 2019 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Consultant at Accord Group Belgium, an HR Director at Bergerat Monnoyeur Belgium, an HR Interim Manager at Avnet, and as an HR Manager and HR Generalist at Nu Skin Enterprises. Julie's career started as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Robert Half International, and they also worked as a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young.

Julie Binon completed their Master's degree in law at KU Leuven from 1997 to 2003. During this time, they also pursued a Master's degree in tax law.
