Isabelle Hau

Isabelle Hau serves as an Emergency Medicine Senior Registrar at Monash Health, overseeing the Overnight Doctor In Charge and Admitting Officer roles in the Emergency Departments of Monash Medical Centre and Dandenong Hospital since February 2024. Concurrently, Isabelle is a Virtual Emergency Medicine Registrar with the Victorian Virtual Emergency Department and works as a Retrieval Registrar for Adult Retrieval Victoria at Ambulance Victoria. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Registrar at Alfred Health, where responsibilities encompassed leading morbidity and mortality meetings and fulfilling overnight duties in the Emergency and Trauma Centre. Isabelle holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS Honours) from Monash University and a High Distinction in the Emergency Medicine Research Course from the same institution. Throughout a diverse career, Isabelle has also contributed as a co-chief registrar, critical care resident, electronic medical record super user, and various academic and tutoring roles.
