Danielle Benedek is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Business Partner for NSW at Monash IVF Group since May 2013, where responsibilities include providing operational HR advice to four clinics and approximately 120 employees. Danielle has a strong background in interpreting industrial agreements and collaborating on improvement projects with payroll and the National People and Culture team. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management, Management, and Marketing from Deakin University, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Chisholm Institute, and a Graduate Certificate in Psychology of Business and Management from Curtin University.
