Soledad del Dedo Mira is a seasoned professional in quality management with a focus on food safety and nutrition. Currently serving as Responsable de Calidad at GRUPO MONBAKE since June 2018, Soledad leads the multidisciplinary APPCC Committee. Prior experience includes working as Técnico de calidad at BELLSOLÀ, where product and supplier identification and homologation were conducted based on specific standards. As a Research Scientist at INRA, Soledad contributed to a study on the effects of cheese intake on various health parameters in mice. Educational qualifications include a degree in Agronomy from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, an Expert Title in Dietetics and Food Safety from Universidad Camilo José Cela, and a Master's degree in Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Management from L'Institut Agro Montpellier.
