Elena Lugato

Elena Lugato has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at Moncler since December 2018, following a role as Learning & Development Specialist. Previous positions include HR Training Support Specialist at Sebeto Group, where training needs were identified and specialized courses were developed, as well as Project Manager at the European Projects Association, where training initiatives for young participants were organized.
